BOOKING ONLINE, TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Users must be over 18 and have legal capacity to contract the services offered by this website.

Before booking, the user must register as client and confirm the truthfulness of the personal information provided. Personal information will be treated according to the current legislation.

Prices and booking conditions are specified in this website. Offers are valid within the set period.

If the booking is under offer and has special conditions, these will take priority over the general conditions.

VAT is included within the booking price. Any other tax that can be applied to the booking will be paid directly at the hotel.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Payment can be made with Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

Bank Transfer is only good for bookings confirmed 10 days prior to arrival.

The property requires at the entrance a deposit of 50€ per person by cash, amount will be returned the day of departure the client, after review of the room.

PRIVACY CLAUSE :

We inform that all personal information provided by users will be included in a database protected according to the current legislation. The user may exercise the right to Access the Client File to cancel, correct or challenge its personal data according to the Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data.

Once the booking is finished, the user will specify all Personal Data to be identified, as well as the Credit Card number, expiration date and security code.
