Before booking, the user must register as client and confirm the truthfulness of the personal information provided. Personal information will be treated according to the current legislation.

If the booking is under offer and has special conditions, these will take priority over the general conditions.

VAT is included within the booking price. Any other tax that can be applied to the booking will be paid directly at the hotel.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Payment can be made with Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

Bank Transfer is only good for bookings confirmed 10 days prior to arrival.

The property requires at the entrance a deposit of 50€ per person by cash, amount will be returned the day of departure the client, after review of the room.

PRIVACY CLAUSE :

We inform that all personal information provided by users will be included in a database protected according to the current legislation. The user may exercise the right to Access the Client File to cancel, correct or challenge its personal data according to the Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data. 

Mar i Vent Ibiza SL guarantees that all Personal Data will be included in a computer file which has been notified to the Data Protection Agency ( www.agenciaprotecciondatos.es).

CONFIDENCIALITY CLAUSE:

Once the booking is finished, the user will specify all Personal Data to be identified, as well as the Credit Card number, expiration date and security code. This data is needed to process the booking. All personal information (not Credit Card) will be included in a client file property of Mar I Vent Ibiza SL according to the current legislation. Mar i Vent Ibiza SL guarantees confidentiality, although it will reveal personal information to the Authorities, under request and according to the current legislation.

By filling the booking file, users enable Mar i Vent Ibiza SL to use the personal data with the purpose of maintain and accomplish the contractual relationship and give commercial information about the tourism products and services provided by the owner of the file or any of its shareholders with the aim of process the booking, guarantee the process and improve customer service

NO-SHOW:

In the event of guest no-show by 6.00 pm without PRIOR NOTICE, the hotel reserves the right to take the 100% of the deposit paid.

AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Any booking amendment will be considered as a cancellation and will imply a new booking.

In the event of amendment or cancellation of bookings, they have to be notified in writing via email to excelsior@sibiza.com or via fax to no. 0034971346622.

100% of the deposit will be returned for cancellations notified at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. In case of Credit Card payment deposit will be returned to the Credit Card account. 

In case of Bank Transfer, the expenses will be charged to guest.

SIBIZA reserves the right of cancellation in case of Force Majeure Event, being this any unusual and unforeseeable circumstances that cause a service by us to be cancelled and that are beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised by us. In this case, cancellation will be notified via email to customers.

In case of early departure, if the booking is a standard rate, when modifying the reservation will be charged the days that the guests have been in the establishment plus a day of penalty for modification of the reservation. If this is a non-refundable rate, guests will be charged the full price of the reservation.
